Morgan City man sentenced to 35 years, agrees to surgical castration

A Morgan City man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree rape, indecent behavior with juveniles, and child pornography charges. As part of his plea agreement, Carroll Clark has also agreed to undergo surgical castration.
